Jude Kutner

Jude is a director of FJ Consultancy and has spent over 20 years working in a variety of settings designing and delivering training programmes within the voluntary, statutory and private sectors. She's been an associate consultant for Wise Monkey since 2009, working with Simonne in the design, delivery and evaluation of Wise Monkey training courses.

All her training programmes are inclusive, experiential and reflect the different ways individuals learn. Each programme is rigorously evaluated and captured within a framework of clear learning outcomes and anti-discrimatory practice.

A key strength of her training is that the content is always directly relevant to the participants and can immediately be translated into practice. She ensures that a safe, accessible and enjoyable learning environment is created to ensure that people are able to participate fully.

Jude has experience of writing and delivering accredited courses through bodies such as the Open College Network (OCN), and through a more formally recognised educational routes, at both undergraduate and masters level. She's also a qualified NVQ Assessor and is trained to use Myers Briggs Type Indicators.
